Add Embossing Inspiration - PanPastel Challenge

You still have another week to enter the PanPastel Challenge entitled "Add Embossing" so why not pop over to the blog to take a peek at the inspiration from my team mates,

Also Congratulations to the winner and Top 3 of the last Challenge.

I so enjoyed making this card for inspiration, it's very pretty and girlie!

I made the background by blending my PanPastels together and then stamped in Versamark and white embossed the pattern, I also added a bit of interest by using a stencil with my Pans.

I embossed a section with Frantage and added a butterfly which I'd white embossed onto acetate.

Thanks so much for looking xxxx

PanPastel Challenge - Add Some Embossing

For this Challenge I decided to use heat embossing using a Hero Arts Stamp and white embossing powder.

As you can see the background is embossed.

I then had the real pleasure of trying out the new Pearlescent PanPastels, they're amazing!!!

Why not pop over to the Challenge Blog and take a look at all the brilliant projects made by my fantastic team mates.  http://panpasteluk.blogspot.co.uk/2014/09/add-some-embossing.html

Autumn colours - Sweet Lilac Flowers Challenge

Thank you to everyone who joined in with our Bling It Up Challenge, we love to see what you do with the amazing Sweet Lilac Flowers.

The Challenge for this month is Autumnal colours.

Whenever I think of autumn in a crafty way The Blustery Day stamp comes to mind.  I decided to make a wall hanging for this months inspiration and also had fun dipping the Sweet Lilac leaves into my Meltpot for more texture.  Sweet Lilac have a lovely selection of flowers in all colours and sizes why not pop over to their website to take a look.
http://www.sweetlilac.co.uk.  You can also get beautiful lace and embellishments - I used their lovely lace along the top of my project.

Thank you for taking the time to pop into my blog today, all comments are very much appreciated.

PanPastel Frame It

Thank you for popping on to my blog to take a look at my Frame It project for the PanPastel UK Challenge which starts today.  Thank you to all the entrants of the Pink, Pink and more Pink Challenge, yet again we had so many fabulous entries.

For this project I decided to make it tonal and used one PanPastel - Copper.  It's fascinating how you get different tones just by using different paper and mediums.

Here's a few photos of how it started.

Before assembling I crackle stamped Versamark into the box frame and dabbed with the PanPastel and I coloured the paper clay with the same copper PP before putting it into the little silicone frame mould. I also added a touch of Maimeri modelling paste through a stencil for a bit of texture. Two pics of my furry lads and all finished.

Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge - More than one fold

It's my pleasure to host the Challenge over at Fussy and Fancy, starting today.  Thank you to everyone who takes the time to enter their fabulous work and well done to our talented winners.

My card for this project includes no stamping, ink or colouring!!  Probably a first for me.

It was refreshing to make something so different from my norm.  I've used lovely paper from my stash, border punch, corner punch, mirri card for matting and border peel offs.
