PanPastels and masking tape

To make my background today I added strips of torn masking tape to white card before blending the PanPastels.  The masking tape means that the Pans stick to it making a very textured surface.

I then took a script stamp, in my hand and not on a block, and randomly stamped using brown Archival.  The owl was stamped on an old book page and coloured with Pans.  The sentiment was stamped on an off cut of the tag and cut into individual words then added to the tag using foam pads.

The ribbon was coloured using Distress Ink.

Why not pop ove to the Welove2Create blog to check out the fabulous makes by my team mates xx
