PanPastel Happy Birthday Inspiration

Today I'm sharing a Birthday card with a PanPastel background and stamped with Design by Ryn stamps - Leafy Branch, Raindrop Set and Trickling Water.  You can purchase these stamps HERE

Having blended the PanPastels for the background I masked off a square with a Post It note before stamping the leaves and water.

Then I removed the Post It and stamped Happy Birthday into the square and scribbled a frame around it.

The fun bit is the erasing the Pans from the leaves and water - once I'd taken a lot of the colour out I hilighted with a white pen.

      Hi Theresa the colour is taken out with an eraser.

    Fabulous card Yvonne. The background colours are perfect and I love the stamps you've used. Great technique erasing the pan pastels and highlighting with white - must give that a try! Pat x
