Stampbord and Papastels

Morning everyone and congratulations to the winners of the Postcards!  Nannapat was my winner so Pat if you could let me have your surname and address please I can pop it into the post for you.  I'll also pop in a few pieces of Stampbord for you to have a go if you haven't already tried it.

Talking of Stampbord that's what I've used for my project this week.  I've got to be honest and say that I hadn't tried it before and I now have the scraping tools too so I can practice some more.

Firstly I was delighted with how the Stampbord took the colour and the stamp - I know I need more practice with the scratching tools but maybe I need to learn to be a little more random!

I used the Sheena stamps and on the background I dabbed cling film into Versamark and dabbed it onto the Stampbord the added the Panpastel.  I was pleased with the effect.

PanPastels and Texture Paste

Good morning all.

Today I have a card I made for a special friends birthday and the reason I didn't use a Happy Birthday sentiment is because just a few weeks ago she went off and got married - at 70!  Live for the moment sentiment seemed much more apt in the circumstances.

I used a square stencil to colour through with the Panpastel then I put black glossy paste through a Sweet Poppy stencil for the teasels.  I added a touch of Panpastel through a honeycomb stencil on two corners too.

PanPastel Postcard Giveaway!!!!
