PanPastel Anything Goes

For this tag I sponged the yellow background and stamped the leaves before running it through the embossing machine and then gently sponged the darker colour onto the raised areas to make the embossing pop.

PanPastels are great for colouring ribbon too, which is how I coloured my ribbons.

A bouquet of Sweet Lilac flowers added and a sentiment and we're good to go.

PanPastel Challenge - Anything Goes

I needed to make a card for a very special friend of mine so what else would I turn to other than my trusty PaPastels.

The stamps I used are from the talented  Sheena Douglass.

Here are a few samples I made for Crafters Companion to take to the US Shopping Channel. The first two are made by stamping into Martha Stewart Paper Clay.

Hope everyone got chance to see all six of Sheena's shows over the weekend.  I had a hectic, but very pleasant, weekend so have to catch up today.

Just wanted to show you the samples I made for the show using the stamps and Dyna Paints.  Both are amazing.

PanPastel Spring Inspiration

Hope your all having a great Easter weekend and Congratulations to the winner and Top 3 of the Akter It Challenge.

You still have one more week to enter the Spring Colours Challenge and for my inspiration this week I decided to make a pretty tag.

The background was made with the Pearlescent Pans and over the top of the i stamped two diagonal panels with the Stampendous Lace stamp and white embossing powder.  I had two strips of this background left after I cut out the tag so used the extra strips to punch out two different styles of butterflies.

I popped the butterflies onto some pretty flower lace which I added to the tag with a selection of pearls.  The ribbon on the tag is also coloured with pearlescent pans.

Sweet Lilac Flowers - Spring

I made this Easter card as inspiration for the Sweet Lilac Flowers Challenge blog.  The flowers work beautifully for Spring and I hope you'll find the time to pop over to the blog page (and maybe sneak in a cheeky little entry!).

The bunny and trellis are Tim Holtz dies but sorry I can't remember what make of die the birdie is.
